• Bowls is a friendly game which provides good company
• It can be competitive or purely social.
• It is a healthy form of exercise for people of all ages.
• The game is easily learned, and the rules are simple, so you can enjoy the game from day one.
The benefits of membership are:
o free use of the green at any time (subject to rink availability),
o the opportunity to take part in roll-ups, matches and competitions,
o full use of clubhouse amenities,
o free loan of bowls,
o free coaching.
The annual membership subscription is £50, and there is a small charge for some games – usually about £2.00. Membership is free to juniors under 18 years of age. The subscription funds the maintenance of the green, clubhouse and grounds, and is reviewed every year.
A three week trial period is offered to prospective members during which they may attend roll-ups and pay at member rates.

Members of a more competitive nature can be selected to play in matches against other clubs.
Finals Day Matches
Indoor Short Mat bowling is available during the winter season.
